Career Fairs
Our career fairs offer a high-impact way to build your brand on campus and connect with UNCG students and alumni from all majors who are seeking internships, part-time jobs, and full-time opportunities. Whether you’re hiring for corporate, nonprofit, or public-sector roles, these events are your gateway to meeting talented, career-ready Spartans.

Employer Panel & Networking
Held on campus from 4 to 5:30 p.m., these events feature a moderated panel of 3 employers highlighting a specific career pathway. The panel is followed by speed networking and light refreshments.
Eligibility: Employers are invited based on student survey feedback and prior participation in signature recruiting events. Current opportunities must be posted in Handshake for students to apply.
Employer Workshops (Virtual)
Employers are welcome to host virtual workshops through Handshake and invite UNCG students to learn more about their organizations and opportunities. Please visit the Handshake Quick Links section of our webpage for assistance in setting up these events.
Note: Once your event is set up, we will approve for students to view and pre-register. Please reach out to our Employer Relations team to help promote your event.
Eligibility: Employers are selected based on student feedback and previous event participation. Employers must submit their presentation materials in advance and have active opportunities posted in Handshake.
Commons Connect Employer Tabling
Held on select Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., tabling takes place in the EUC Commons—UNCG’s busy student union located near the bookstore and food court. Up to three employers may participate per session.
Eligibility: Employers must have active job or internship opportunities posted in Handshake.
Nursing Recruiting Tabling
Targeted for healthcare employers recruiting Nursing majors, these tabling sessions are held in the Nursing & Instructional Building on select Wendesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Eligibility: Employers must have current full-time openings and/or externships specific to Nursing majors.

Part-time job fair

Designed to connect local and on-campus employers looking to fill one or more open part-time positions to students of ANY major and class year.
Save recruiting time and resources with immediate access to UNCG’s motivated and hard working students. 1000+ students are expected to attend this exciting event!

HEALTH PROFESSIONS GRADUATE SCHOOL fair
March 25, 2026
6-8 pm
Connect with students exploring advanced degrees in health and medical fields during our Health Professions Graduate School Fair. This event welcomes graduate and professional programs in areas such as medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, physical therapy, optometry, chiropractic, physician assistant studies, and more. Held as part of the North Carolina Health Career Expo Tour, this fair offers a targeted opportunity to engage with motivated students preparing for careers in healthcare.
Employers register for the fair on Handshake. In your account, please click on Fairs in the navigation panel on the left side of your screen. Search for for the UNC Greensboro event and click Register. A member of our staff will review and confirm your registration within 48 hours of submission.

Please also arrange to take materials with you at the conclusion of the career fair, as UPS and FedEx will not pick up from our office. There is a FedEx drop-off location at 449 Tate St. Please note that we are not responsible for materials left at the fair.
