Professional confidence for Spartans, powered by the UNCG community.

The UNCG Career Closet gives current students access to free, professional attire for interviews, career fairs, and networking events. Every piece comes from generous donations by faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners who want to help students enter a room feeling confident and prepared.

Why It matters

The cost of a blazer or a pair of dress shoes
shouldn’t stand between a student and their next opportunity.

Donations go directly to students preparing for an interview, career fair, or first day of a new job.

The Career Closet accepts donations year-round. For your convenience, there are two drop-off locations on campus. If the options below don’t work for you, please contact Bianca Smith, bdwilli2@uncg.edu, to make arrangements.

Career & Professional Development – Elliott University Center, Ground Floor, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Marcus T. Johnson Alumni House – 404 College Avenue, 8:30am – 4:30pm
