Fall 2026 Career & Internship Fair

This signature all-majors recruiting event is designed to connect UNCG students and alumni with world class employers offering full-time, internship and graduate opportunities.
This event is an opportunity to explore career options with a diverse set of employers and/or network with companies at which you are interested in interning or working for full-time. In addition, graduate schools may be in attendance to talk to students about their programs.
What to wear
Business casual to business professional is required as you will be meeting with employers. For example, a suit, nice dress pants, or dark jeans (no rips), and a collared shirt or a blouse. Visit https://cpd.uncg.edu/career-ready/students-alumni/professional-presence/ for more.
What NOT to wear
Gym clothes, sweatpants, slippers, sleepwear or head coverings intended for bedtime.
How to prepare
You will want to research employers before attending by searching Handshake (what jobs do they have posted, if any), searching them online, and reviewing their company and careers webpages. #1 tip from fair employers: RESEARCH! Do a little advance research on employers of interest.

Seniors can connect with employers for full-time, post-grad positions.
Sophomores & Juniors can meet employers offering internships and co-ops.
First-year students can explore career options by talking with professionals and get a head-start on applying for internships.
Graduate students will find full-time and internship opportunities with many career fair employers.
Alumni of UNCG can connect with employers for full-time positions.
